My new retina macbook pro was delivered today (base model) dead on arrival it will not turn on even after smc reset. I purchased it from MacMall and will be contacting them monday for a replacement. So disappointed but I guess that happens sometimes.
Apple care said I could take it to an apple store but they would probably have to order a new motherboard for it. So they recommend I get a replacement from MacMall.
Anyone else had this problem?
