rmbp displaying mobile websites as default

I've done a search but haven't been able to find a thread with the same issue as mine. Whenever I go to websites, it automatically defaults to the m. version of most websites. This happens on my virtual machines as well. Is this happening with others, and if so, is there a fix? Thanks!

If it defaults to it in your VMs too, I'd check your internet connection to see if it's not modifying the HTTP headers coming from its clients or something in that case...

Nothing that I can see...it doesn't happen with any other machine except this one. Assuming this isn't a widespread problem?
