Hey,
I just woke up and found out that my macbook has been downloading something for like 30 minutes 3 hours ago and battery went down from 100% to 95%, how do I stop that? Powernap is off. Not the first time it happened.

Downloading software updates? Turn it off at Settings->AppStore. Or just turn WiFi off.

Can you look in console log at the time the DL was occurring and see if that give you any tips what it might be.

And they are listening to your phone calls, reading your email, peering through your laptop camera, auditing your taxes in 3.....2.....1.....

:p (but funny mixed with sad and disturbed)
