rmbp - finder bar and resizing lag - video

Hi,

I've used my rmbp for quite some time now, but it started to act weird about 2 days ago probably after an update... For some reason, the finder/top bar is stuttering badly and so does my main window when I leave the fullscreen. I've tried everything from repairing disks to a clean mountain lion install but the problem is always coming back.

Anyone heard something about this issue and its solution?
