Hello guys

I know there might be some threads about this, but I still think it's a good idea to give the people who is considering to buy a rMBP, some pros about the product itself. I see a ton of people posting threads concerning issues with the rMBP, and only a very few posting positives about it.

So I just want to make some things clear:

- With ML I haven't noticed any lag issues at all. (Running 1680*1050) Not on theverge, not on youtube, no where, only on facebook, which can be caused by the site itself.
- No lag in Mission Control etc.
- Temperature is stabile (Of what i've done so far)

So if these are some of the issues that future owners has been reading about, and is concerned about, then here you go. Hope it will help. :)

(Sorry for bad english, I'm Danish)

Well, the reason not many positives are shown here is because if someone has a problem, they will report it. But if they love the machine and have no problems, then they probably wouldn't waste time going on here to tell people how great it is besides in responses to other peoples' problems, lol. Hopefully you understand what I'm saying. And your English is fine! Much better than 90% of native speakers here in America.

I'm running best for retina, and I have to say that there is very minimal, if any lag. If you really focus on the screen when switching spaces, you can see a tiny bit. Webpages are super smooth on ML, along with basically everything else.

I also have to agree I'm impressed with the cooling system. I can play Diablo III on my lap for a long while and not have burns on my leg.

But yes, the reason there's more bad than good on here, is because people come here to complain, rather than brag how perfect the computer is.

This can create a very inaccurate picture, true, good point.

You'll also notice some people starting threads about why NOT to buy the RMBP. Completely useless threads that serve no purpose than to make someone feel less insecure about their year-old MBP. I've learned to tune out the FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt) and focus on my needs and whether the machine I'm considering will meet those needs.

Opinions are like a**hole* - everybody has one.

Very true. Most of them probably have never tried one. Hahah
