rMBP not sleeping!

Since last night my rMBP 15" (in signature) isn't asking for my password when I open it back up. It just goes straight to the screen I was on when I shut it.
It is still in the 14 day return window, should I just exchange it?

Sorted.

For some reason a tick was missing from
System Preferences> Security and Privacy> General> Required Password Immediately.
