rMBP Packaging Question...

This might sound crazy, but here goes...

Can any lucky owner of a 13" or 15" rMBP tell me the dimensions of the white Apple box it comes in? (not the bigger, brown shipping box)

Bonus points for whoever can guess why I care!

So you can bring it on board of a plane in order to give it to a family member for Christmas?

The 15" rMBP box is 11" x 15.5" x 2".

Oh man, wish I was giving one as a gift (one for me, one for you...)

No, I'm planning my next desk setup and wondering if I can use the box as a riser to keep the Macbook in a desk drawer, sliding it out to use the second screen/keyboard as needed.
