rMBP screen question

I have a mid 2014 rMBP. The other day, I noticed that for colors like deep blue (and some deep oranges), if you look closely, you can see an almost pin-stripe effect in those colors. I tried to get a picture, but my iPhone can't focus in that close on the screen. Is this an interlacing issue? It's not really noticeable except in certain colors (and only if you're really looking). I ran a hardware test, and the graphics card didn't give me any errors, though oddly the battery gave me an error a few times yesterday, but not today.

Does anyone else see this on their laptop?

That's good to know. I guess I'll take it to the Genius Bar and see what they say. I can have them check it out while they test the battery.
