my rMBP's trackpad is tilted and uneven as its right side is going up.
not a super big deal but concerned if this is fat battery issue.
(but i have kind of solved this by using right side more but it eventually comes back tilted)

and also when its closed fold down the screen they are also unevenly
folded a bit to right side it has tiny little gap of palm rest exposes.
which cannot be my fault to let this happen.

Again this is not a big deal however both of issues are not what
I expect from $3000 product. I am just regretting that I have discovered this too late.

at the moment it is 9weeks old I don't expect it to be refunded,
but would genius handle this issue as my fault? and be cranky about it?
or come up with some kind of solution?

If the problem(s) are obvious and clearly due to manufacturing defect, the Genius Bar should get this sorted for you without a problem. It might require you to be without your machine for a day, but unless there's obvious signs of abuse (e.g., dents), they shouldn't charge you for anything.

a lot of people say "...i spend 3 grand on this - i expect it to be bla bla bla..." well get with the times, it is made in a huge factory complex in China, it isn't made in Canada or the USA, nor is it made by a single individual. it is put together by the 'over time hungry' Chinese laborers. 'suck it up princes' and save your money, i did, sent the darn retina thing back for a refund, to max out completely -- a late 2011 2.5ghz i7 17" MacBook perfect PRO + 3 thunderbolt displays for less than what a maxed out retina toy cost.

Wth are you smoking?

here's a photo

first photo shows perfectly aligning with palm rest
on a second photo you'll see tilting down to left side
and last one shows little shadowed gap between palm rest
