rMBP unresponsive when woken from sleep

Ever since day one my rMBP has been unresponsive for a few seconds when woken from sleep. By this I mean my wallpaper appears however I can't move the mouse nor will the keyboard respond. It lasts up to 5 seconds. Has anyone else experienced this?

Same I think it is normal

It is "normal", meaning that it doesn't mean your computer is broken.

It is annoying as hell though. Here's how to change it.
