So my question is this: if I do a complete time machine backup of my current system with Lion installed, then install Mountain Lion and see that one of my crucial tools stopped working, can I get a complete reinstall of my previous (current) Lion system or will Migration Assistant force me to remain upgraded to Mountain Lion?

Hi again. Does anybody have an answer to this question? Will I be able to reinstall my Lion setup from Time Machine if I can't do everything I want with Mountain Lion?
