rmvb files?

any one know how to convert one of these into anything remotely useful, avi, mpg, etc ?

Not easily, the only way I can think of is using a brute force method such as a screen recording utility (snapz pro) then export using quicktime.

Realplayer videos usually stink anyway, if possible try to get a better quality original.
