Yes we are, and I think there is sufficient reason to be. The good guys always win in Hollywood movies, but I would argue that crime truly does pay all too often.

The prosecution has to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt. They didn't. The fairest system that our society has been able to come up with to date has ruled that he didn't do what he was charged of.

Why can't we accept that?

As for that other comment: does anybody deserve to die because they had a disrepurable past?
