Rock Removal problem

Hi Guy's, Jailbroken newb here!
After reading some posts here saying that Rock is...shall we say problematic. I decided to remove it.
I went into Cydia and manage packages selected Rock and told it to remove.
My screen is now stuck with a spinning wheel in the center and the last visible command on the screen is removing com.rockyourphone.rockapp...
Yes I should have read up about rock before installing it, but I didnt and here I am.
I have searched for remove/uninstall rock but didn't find anything relevant

Desperate for an answer doesn't even come close!!!!!!

Further to above I bit the bullet and held down Power and home button until the phone restarted. this has now given me back my phone 🙂

This is called a hard reset and is always the best, first move in fixing/troubleshooting iphone problems.
Good to hear your phone survived rock
