rogers refurbished

ok so i called rogers and told them my iphone has dust under the screen, and they are sending me a new phone, and when the new phone comes in im suppose to send my old one back, if i dont send it back what would they do? or wat would happen? just woundering
 
I think you have 15 days to return the old one or they charge your account something like $700. I had to exchange mine and they include all the information with the package. They give you a box, bag, and shipping label for the return. It was all quite painless. Also, the phone that I received was brand new, although was packaged differently from the phone that I received initially. The serial number indicated it was brand new, according the to criteria that I've found on here.

If your thinking what I think your thinking it will cost you $700.
 
ok well understood, now for the other question, ar the refurbished ones in good shape? and do they come with the charger and ear buds?

What criteria is this? I just got a replacement phone and wouldn't mind finding out for myself.
