I'm a heavy Apple user and don't have an Apple TV. Most of my movie/TV files have been ripped with Handbrake to iTunes. Can these be streamed from iTunes to a Roku? If so, what would I need? I'm thinking Roku may have another good sale before Christmas, since I missed the one for $39 on Black Friday at Walmart.

For Roku you need to install the Plex software on your PC or Mac. You'll get instructions for this with the Roku. Then you just point Plex to your iTunes media folder and it finds and plays all your Handbrake ripped media. Enjoy. I have 4 ATVs and 1 Roku 3. I like the Roku 3 better except for not supporting Airplay as far as I know.
