Is it possible to go back to iOS8 on my iPhone 5c?

I put iOS9 on and it's so painfully bad that i can't take it. My phone has slowed down to walking speed, the phone is terrible now. It's painful to use, so many things are slow to respond now, even the easiest tasks have a delay on them, like swiping the lock screen or moving between pages of apps.

I'd love to go back to iOS 8 but i don't have a backup, is it possible?

Thanks

You can download the iOS 8.4.1 IPSW file and restore your iPhone to that version (just Google to find directions on how to do it, it's not hard). Don't delay - at some point Apple will stop signing that version of iOS and you won't be able to install it.

Oh and since you don't have a backup, you'll be starting with completely fresh and will need to re-download all your apps, etc.
