Roll call - Oct. 4th - Oct. 10th original ship date

was totally not expecting it today, and whats even more strange is that I requested to have it sent to a UPS store, and the delivery guy knocked on my door at 9am and woke me up

Hey man, did you notice your tracking change to a monday delivery than get out for delivery today?
 
Email from Apple said delivery Saturday.

Got an arrival scan in PHX at 5:28am.
No updated delivery status from UPS but MyChoice says Monday.

Of course I'm in Flagstaff this weekend so I figured go to UPS Store and I'll have it Monday 8am. But now if it DELIVERS Monday, I can't pick it up until Tuesday.

So disgusted with Apple/UPS already. We'll see if it hits "Out for delivery" in PHX in a few hours. Geez.

For anyone that doesn't think you'll get it today, it's definitely still possible!

UPS just showed up at my door.

I had my package being held at my local CC for pickup, and I never received the Saturday delivery email from Apple. Hell, my tracking says Monday delivery and says it Departed Kansas City, but nothing about Out for Delivery.

I got a Louisville departure scan at 5:30am and I'm in San Francisco, CA. Pretty sure there's no chance of my phone making it here in time. That's okay, I never believed Apple's Saturday delivery email anyways.

just checked tracking and my phone should be at CC when they open @ 10...we'll see...its like 15 mins from me...

WTF Ups and Apple....now says Monday Delivery... my hub does saturday delivery....AND I got an email from Apple that it will be delivered today....Could it still? Maybe everything that gets it get an automatic scan that sets it for next business day but then see see special Saturday deliveries?!?

I think I'm on your plane. :)

Email from Apple says Saturday delivery.

Email from UPS says Monday delivery.

UPS page still says "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later."

I'm so confused!

Hopefully once the plane lands in Oakland (I'm hoping it's this one, landing within the hour), I'll get more definitive delivery info.

Maybe theyre just throwing these things on trucks and trying to get them delivered ASAP which is why some people dont show out for delivery. With how fast all of our packages made it the destinatiom, its clear they intended to deliver them today

KY to MI is a very short flight though correct? KY to CA is at least a 6 hour flight I believe.
 
Well, just got off phone with UPS Apple Special Agent. Was told my phone will not be available until Monday even though it's already in OKC.. :-(

Now feel like even more of an idiot for staying up all night and not sleeping a wink so i could track my 7+.

As last ditch effort, I will call my local UPS CC center and see what they say when they open at 10:00.
