Still "Out for Delivery"....don't let me down UPS/Wife
I just went ahead and called. I couldn't connect to a real agent. I got an email from UPS last night saying that my phone would be delayed until 9/26, however, the UPS tracking site and "bot" on the phone said it's on its way to my location (who knows if thats another way of saying its in transit)
So I live about 5 miles away from the main UPS hub in Louisville and here is my tracking info:
Is there any chance my phone is out for delivery right now? My originally quoted ETA was Monday 9/26, so I guess I probably shouldn't get my hopes up for today?

I never got an email saying it was rescheduled. Just the UPS site suddenly says 9/26 for delivery now. I don't get it....come on Apple...they promised me today. I'm having my sister wait for it. This isn't right
My regular UPS guy has keys. If it's him it's no problem.

Just got mine, even though UPS website said it was rescheduled for 9/26. So do not go by the UPS website. The driver told me they are strictly doing iPhones today. Good Luck to everyone else!!!! YAYYYYYYY, time to set it up and then probably go buy some cheap case for it until the one Apple sent me comes. Had fun with with you all!
Right! Lol. When I went to pick up my phone the UPS guy said they've had so many issues they just wanted to get em out of there smh I told him "OHHHH I KNOW. I know SEVERAL people that had issues with shipping"
I'm having trouble following who has what, but anyone have this happen:
1) Email from Apple saying it delivers today.
2) UPS tracking shows Monday delivery.
3) Phone actually delivered today?
1 and 2 are true for me, and it last showed a departure scan from a city about 3 hours away by truck, so I don't know what'll actually happen.

And here's an update:
Had 6:17 am arrival scan Seattle
then 7:50 am Departure Scan
now, 8:15 am "a late flight has caused a delay. We're adjusting plans and working to deliver your package as quickly as possible./ Your delivery has been rescheduled for the next business day"
and yet my Scheduled Delivery STILL shows "information not available at this time. Please check back later"
(oh, the flights between Seattle and Spokane, where I am, are an hour. It's 9:06 am here. A "late flight" shouldn't be that big a deal!)
There have been a few that reported that exactly. I'm in 1 and 2. And hoping for 3 myself
Did talk to apple who said they don't think it's coming today, but did get me a case at least.
So from waiting for it to get here to now waiting an hour for my iCloud restore. It's like I have turned my life into a trip to Disney. Wait wait wait. Lulz
West Los Angeles update.
Notwithstanding the email I also got from Apple indicating delivery today, I just spoke to UPS and they said that my phone, along with others being delivered in the west Los Angeles area, will definitely not be delivered today as it is currently on route from the Ontario center to the Gardena center. When it arrives in Gardena, all the phones then have to be unloaded and processed before being sent out for delivery, which will not happen until Monday.

To those that got the free iPhone case, how exactly are you asking for it? I was on the phone with Apple earlier this morning verifying the delivery. Didn’t know we could ask and the person I spoke with said nothing.
