Rollback an OS update with Time Machine?

Ok this doesn't seem painfully obvious to me. Let say I installed the 10.5.5 update and very much wish I hadn't (causes major graphics problems with WoW). How would I go about reverting said change if everything is backed up in Time Machine?

just restore to a time before oyu installed the update. If you installed it on 10/13 @ 10PM, just restore to 10/13 @ 9PM.
