Isn't it a bit inconvenient to have the dining room and kitchen on separate levels, as well as the changing rooms and the swimming pool?

Dumbwaiter.

Different story altogether but my cousin can't serve food in his pub since the kitchens are on a different floor to the pub bit. But that's just silly elf n safety.

THAT'S all 300 million gets you? Man, London's expensive.

That'd run two or three million over here, probably- and you'd get five acres of land with it. But we have ridiculously low property values where I live.

Passing the food down the stairs affects its quality??.

There is a change room on the same floor as the pool. ;)

Oh wait, my bad. The swimming pool looked like it was on a different level .

That's just london prices, and a very exclusive area of London.

Im invited around for the moving in party!!!

Really should stop day dreaming and posting on MR at the same time....

It may be worth using the Simplified Map of London to show non-Brits where the house is.

In the UK we've gone health and safety mad. Specifically my cousin was told he's not to let people carry food downstairs incase they trip or fall.

Love the map :D but I don't really know much about London to get it. I think I know where the dome is...

Roman seems to be having the same problem with that house as he does with his football team: spends millions, but it's still bloody awful to look at.

Not very expensive really...

The Billion Dollar House...

(The) architect has said the first floors of the skyscraper mansion will be reserved for parking. Immediately above will be lodgings for servants and their families. Eight floors have been reserved for “entertainment,” including a mini-theatre and a number of swimming pools, and several more floors will house a health club and rooms for guests.

Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Group is India’s largest private company, with interests in oil, retail and biotechnology. The 50-year-old became the country’s first rupee trillionaire this week. Him and his family currently live in a 14-storey building, while they await to move into their home, which should be ready by next year. Yeah, apparently 14-stories just isn’t enough space for him, his wife, his mother, and his 3 children.

The new $1 billion building, named Antilla after a mythical island, will have a total floor area greater than Versaille: 60-storey palace with helipad, health club and six floors of car parking (who the **** needs six floors for parking?). Draped in hanging gardens, the building will have a floor for a home theatre, a glass-fronted apartment for guests, and a two-storey health club. As the ceilings are three times as high as a normal building’s, the 173-metre tower will have only 27 floors. Apparently Mukesh and his family see it necessary to have 600 members of full-staff to move into the new home, too. What the **** would you need 600 members of staff for? I imagine he has people on standby to scrape the toe-jam out from under his royal toes. 1 man for each toe. 600 members of staff in a residential home, unbelievable. Of course, providing 600 jobs is NEVER a bad thing.

Talk about over the top

That's beyond compensating for a small penis. His penis probably isn't only short, but has inverted into his body or something.

...making it even more surprising that the guy has a wife and children. The things you can buy with a few million quid, eh?
