well, i sent a support email but no response yet.
I'm still having the problem, even though I've got no firewall installed. I tried the game on an administrator account, and the purple and green problem persisted.

Any other ideas?
Like most people our support team have the weekend off, 🙂 but they should get back to you later today. I have a few ideas I will pass on to the support team but I don't want to get into your specific machine in the forum.
