Yes, I have the tracking number in an email from Apple today! Should arrive 10/9 although UPS says delivery by end of day on 10/8!

Luck duck wish mine was on the same plane  seems I always get the raw end of the deal with apple and my preorders.

Since the Rose Gold is the most backordered I thought I would start a thread just for us.

I've seen many posts in the 6s forums of shipments coming sooner than the original delivery date. Hopefully that will apply to the Rose Gold 6s Plus.

When posting, please include the model and order date. I'll start:

Rose Gold 6s + 128 GB, Verizon
Ordered: Sept 23, 2015 (I had to wait for my Verizon upgrade date)
Processing
Available to ship: 3-4 weeks Delivers: 21 Oct, 2015 - 28 Oct, 2015 by Standard Shipping

This hasn't changed since my order.

Upon watching my wife unbox hers, I must say I was impressed how nice the bright pink color is.

I can only guess that Apple calls it rose gold for marketing purposes.

I'm the original owner of a numbered limited edition Rose Gold Zenith El Primero Chronomaster Power Reserve with Exposed Movement.

Anyone who knows fine luxury watches, knows there's only one shade of authentic Rose Gold. No matter what brand the watch is.

It's not painted or faked like the Apple iPhone that's named after the color.

Mine's shipped! The tracking number doesn't show anything yet, though.

Oops! Just noticed I posted this info already.

I'm upgrading from a 5s, too. What case did you get?

Oh good question. Currently I'm using Spigen tough armor in rose gold. It feels ok, snug fit. I loved this style case on my 5s but it doesn't feel as protective on this phone due to the 6s plus size and weight is much more substantial. I also watched a drop test video yesterday featuring my case and the phone didn't do well. Of course they were dropping the phone from 50 ft and to concrete below so it shouldn't matter to me in real life situations but ... the image of the broken phone is rattling around in my brain. I tried a wallet style case that was pretty but found the bulk too cumbersome so I'll be returning it. I'm still thinking and searching. I like the idea of a wallet type case because I know I'm going to throw it in my purse and although I put a ballistic glass screen protector on it... It just feels wrong to have this large phone bumping around with my keys without something else on the screen. There are some cases made by dream that can be both but there aren't as many reviews on it. They are all inexpensive so I might try that one next. I used to have an otterbox defender way back when I had my 5 but I got tired of the bulk. Sorry this was so long lol. Good luck with your phone. I saw you posted that it shipped. It won't be long now. Once it ships, it's like 3 days. Usually anyway. Mine was traveling over the weekend so mine took 4 days.

Thanks for the reply.

My iPhone cases have always been silicone. My biggest worry is having the phone slip out of my hand so I want something grippy. I sacrifice some level of protection to keep the weight and bulk to a minimum. I have a Baggallini purse with a pocket that fits both the 5s I have now and also the 6s plus. It cushions the phone pretty well so I feel fine with just the silicone cover on the back and a screen protection on front.

For the 6s+ I bought a tempered glass screen protector and a couple of cheapo silicone cases to have on hand for when my iPhone comes but I'm still looking for the permanent perfect case. I never heard of Dream before but I found it on Amazon (Dreem, by the way) and it is stunning. They have a gorgeous teal case that would look amazing on the Rose Gold iPhone. Thank you for turning me on to Dreem. They have a 60-day mbg so I might just buy it.

It would be great if it really just takes 3-4 days to come from China. So far that seems like a long shot. It shipped on Oct. 13 and says it will deliver Monday Oct. 21. Boy I would so love it if it showed up here on Friday or Saturday!

My 6s+ 128GB RG Verizon will finally be delivered tomorrow. Ordered Sept 23.

Congrats. I cancelled my rose gold 6S+ 128GB from apple online, and purchased a sim free gold 6S+ 64 GB at my
local apple store. Very satisfied with my purchase, they had no rose gold so settled with the gold. Not really picky
about color anyway.

Well, it was probably dumb of me to stick with the RG as it will be in a case, but I fell in love with it.
