Rosetta applications won't start

For some reason when I try to start any Rosetta apps it just bounces a couple time then dies. Any ideas? i can't remember running any "Shrinking" programs that would remove Rosetta....any ideas?

Monolingual is the usual culprit when this happens...did you run that?

Never ran it before But i just fixed it. I rebooted.....man I should do that before posting my bad.🙁
