Rosewill eSATA UMBP & 10.5.7 Upgrade, good?

I am going to be upgrading my 17" Macbook Pro unibody to 10.5.7 and I would like to hear from a Rosewill eSATA express card user who has upgraded and if there were any problems I should be aware of.

I have the BC338 adapter I bought on fleabay for $10 and it works without any issues.
