rotate wallpaper application

Anyone knows if there is an application in cydia or the app store that rotate the photos saved on the iphone.
I know about rWallpaper, but it is for the 1.2 version or something like that.

Photoshop Mobile in the app store. It's free and has a few useful features.

Photoshop Mobile in the app store. It's free and has a few useful features.

Go with this and use Photoshop if you want free and simple. (Which is what it sounds like you need.)

I use 'Photogene' because it has a few extra features. But it cost $1.99, so only get that if you actually want those extra features.
