Rotating a PDF canvas in Preview?

I have a bunch of articles that have been scanned as PDFs, but unfortunately, they are rotated sideways. Is there a way to rotate the canvas in Preview to make them more readable? They're fine to print, but I'd like to read them off my computer screen.

Hit Command+L to rotate left, or Command+R to rotate right.

If you hit Command+S after rotating, it will save it in that position, so next time you open the file it will be rotated nicely for you.
