Rotating Video

I have a clip from my digital camera in avi format. When imported into imovie (and before as well) the image needs to be rotated (I don't know if the camera was set on its side when it was taken or what). Is there are way to rotate the whole clip?

I've used TransformMovie, and it readjusted my video perfectly. However, when I try to plug this video into a webpage via iWeb, the video comes out in its original form sideways! and i am using the correct file, how does one solve this problem?
