Rotation Lock for SBSettings on iOS4?

Is there an SBSettings toggle for rotation lock on iOS4.3? Rotation Inhibitor only works on 3.1.x to 4.2. I'm currently running 4.3.1. I'm aware you can simply change it in Settings or by swiping to the right in the multitasking bar, but I'm just curious.

4.2.6 but the program does not state any OS limitation. How do you know it doesnt work on iOS4?

I was wrong, it just doesn't work on 4.3 yet. It says in the package update history it only supports up to 4.2.
