routing iPhone Calls through AV Cable

I have the iPhone composite AV cable pluged into my Pioneer AVIC-D1 Nav Unit in my car, I would like to be able to answer the phone and Listen to the conversation through the Cars Speakers. All other audio works fine except the phone sound. Is there an App that does that?

Nope, Call audio only through headphone jack or internal speaker.
