Roxi Toast 11 Titanium

I purchased a OWC Mercury Pro 15X Blu-ray+DVD DL-CD Burner, it came with Toast 11 Titanium, but I cannot burn a iso img with the software. It says close tray but it is closed. I downloaded Burn-osx and it works. Any suggestions? thanks
