Another vote for NetNewsWire here. Mine is just full of BBC RSS feeds - and the customisation on the Newsgator website is great.

NewNewsWire is great, they have a Mac, Windows, iPhone and great web interface for you to interact with your RSS feeds completely in sync.

Ive been using it for about a year (on the Mac) and I love it! 😀
