RSS Looking Statusbar Icon?

I know I have seen this icon before, but it just started appearing. The weird thing is this icon goes away when I open Cydia.

It has something to do with this: http://iwatcher.net/2010/06/28/intellistatusbaricons-0-9/ but only started showing up AFTER I installed Notified. Theres no settings for this app... =\

That's not an RSS feed icon, that the new icon when using MyWi 4.0. It causes no battery drain unlike the previous blue pulsing bar.

That makes sense. I thought uninstalled mywi and it stayed. Maybe that's it. Thanks.
