I’m looking for an RSS reader setup with notifications, and that syncs between Mac, iPhone, and iPad - any suggestions?

Thanks All

I use Leaf on my Macs and Newsify on my phone.

Both make use of Feedly, which you can sign into with Google / Twitter / Facebook.

All very easy to setup. It probably takes longer to download then it does to get them going then add your feeds. You can either add your feeds on Feedly's website or just add them though either of the apps & will fully sync.

Thanks AndyK - I'll give it a try.

Any other suggestions out there?

Reeder is great on iOS. The OSX version was removed from sale after Google Reader shut down. On its twitter page the developer says a public beta will be available soon that will support several RSS aggregators. Keep an eye on it.

Mr. Reader

I have been very happy with Mr. Reader on my iPad Mini.

The interface is logical and well organized, it has never crashed on me, and it has a cute paperboy bicycle bell sound to tell me when new items have been loaded.

+1 for this very same combo. In the absence of Reeder for OS X, Leaf has been a worthy alternative. I just saw a tweet from the Reeder dev that there should be a public beta for the new OS X Reeder out soon, possibly within this month.

I might just stick with Leaf anyway. Ever since I started using it, I no longer really missed Reeder.
