Rubber marks on the chassis when closing the
macbook, normal?
It is cleaned very easily, they only appear when you
close the lid and open it after a while, so is this
normal?

I've never noticed that on mine. Perhaps they are dirty or something happened to them to make them deteriorate.
 
If you moisten a soft cloth with water or a very mild cleaner (thinking of glass plus with NO ammonia), does that clean it off?

BE CAREFUL, not too much water or cleaner -- you don't want moisture getting into the speakers.

With the same finger I can clean it. It's very easy to clean. It's just that the rubber mark remains when the mac is closed.
