Simply backup the info.plist file in /Applications/Cydia.app and replace it with this one or this one if the other link doesn't work for you.

After that, respring your phone and open Cydia again. It will now be in the correct res! Enjoy.

Also guys this should work for App Store apps that haven't been updated as well.

Eh, I wouldn't go replacing other applications info with Cydia's info.plist


Why not? It's not Cydia's info that's getting replaced. I just updated around 10 App Store applications to iPhone 6 plus resolution. There's a thread on Reddit on how to do it.
