Everyone with a Nike+ sensor can support Run for Life, an action for the Red Cross, which helps women and children on the run.

All you have to do is join the challange and choose a province.

Millions of mothers are running from the violence of war. Nike+ invites you to 'Run for Life' for all these women.

For every kilometer you run, you raise funds for the 'Music for Life' charity programme.
