Run out of iCloud space.

I've recently begun getting notices telling me I'm running out of iCloud space. I've never activated iCloud nor synced to it.

I assume it's photo stream.

Where do I find iCloud 'drive' and how can I open it to see what is in there, and to delete what I don't want
to free up space?
