Hi folks!

New here as luckily I’ve had no issues with iPhones for 10 years unfortunately yesterday my phone fell out of my pocket and felt the weight of tires tracking over it a couple of times

I posted on the apple community to see if it’s possible to retrieve the data from it but they seem to think it impossible…

Basically it’s still alarming and making the noises whilst the screen and back are smashed, still making the charging noise so my thoughts are the inside must be holding on? I can switch it on and off using a sequence of buttons, unfortunately I can’t get it to sync data to my computer

Is it possible for me to buy a new screen for the phone to try and retrieve the data or would you recommend not to go down that route as it would not be cost effective.. (it’s on the concrete floor of my shed just now for saftey 😅)

Many thanks folks

I would use iCloud backups from here on out. I ran over my 14 PM last year with a bobcat and it shattered. Luckily I had a backup in the cloud.
