Do you see User differs on “private/var/db/displaypolicyd”; should be 0; user is 244?

I get this the first time I run repair permissions after a reboot and a number of others have reported the same. It seems to be linked to at least one bug (photo screensaver forgetting settings) and possibly other more serious ones involving video output.

Mac OS X Leopard had a whole list of permissions that kept resetting to the wrong user. I don't think it's something to really worry about.

Well, repairing it fixes my screensaver bug, so it obviously has some effect. And this thread seems to suggest it is related to lock-screen issues.
