Run Win apps from Mac dock

Hi

Sorry if this has been posted already, cant find it. Is it possible to put Windows programs in Mac dock when using Coherence mode?

All I found was this page that has a utility docksync: http://verysimple.com/page/14/

I prefer to work in coherence mode as its a perfect fit of all windows...
