I was going to test this myself, however we just got some snow. SOOOO

I setup some intevals on Runkeeper. Warm up 4 mins then run 400m, then recover for 2 mins then runs 400 meters then recover for 2 mins. This repeats 8 times.

My question is how am I notified of the different times. If I am running should I expect a vibration or haptic feedback?

If I am wearing bluetooth headphones will it alert me verbally?

I am running a nike watch and iphone 6s plus

Any Runkeeper experts care to chime in???
