I have started a 5k training program. I initially used the stock "workouts" app on my Apple Watch 2 and I had zero problems. The distance it calculated matched that of my treadmill perfectly.
However, I was looking to use something that gave a big more info such has heartrate at different points, etc.. so I downloaded Runkeeper. Not impressed at all. I have used it twice and it has been very sluggish, I've had to press buttons several times to get it to respond on the watch and it is dramatically increasing my distance incorrectly.
I want to delete it as it is not suited to my purposes, but I am wondering if I delete it, will it erase the workouts from my activity/health apps?
