Running 13" RMBP at higher resolution?

Currently I'm using Quickres to run my RMPB at 2014X1280. Will doing this cause damage to the screen?

No. I don't see why you'd think it would either.

I guess it could damage your eyesight from squinting at the screen with the UI so tiny though.
