Do any of the running apps offer interval timers with notifications on the watch? I've been using RunKeeper. It works well, but I haven't been able to set an interval timer -- maybe it's just me. Has anyone had any luck with any of the other running apps?

I've used Intervals (ap stroke) to create 8 interval programs. It's an easy program to use and works well. Hope this helps.

I use iSmoothRun for all of my running workouts. Although I've never used the "interval" feature, it's there on the app. There's a simple workout called Run/Walk that is 2 minutes of run, then 20 seconds of walk.

You can set the duration and warmup times before you start the run.

You can also customize your interval workout by creating one from scratch too.
