Hi all,

I like my new Apple Watch 2 and the GPS running app built in is good. What I would like is an app that will tell me over my headphones how fast I've run the last mile at the end of the mile.

I used to run with my iPhone and headphones using Runkeeper and that worked fine.

Please help

Thanks,

Eddie

There are two apps that do this currently. I assume you are running without your phone and the AW Series 2.

Nike Run Club - Voice Feeback for Distance, Time, Average Pace - Duration is configurable.
Pear Sports - Configurable Voice Feedback (many options) and duration can be set by minutes.

I have found the Nike app to be the best and haven't had any issues with it, however many don't like it. The Pear app has many issues, including inaccurate GPS, pausing causes GPS issues, etc.

I would try the Nike app first.

Its a shame the native running/walking app doesn't do that as standard - it works really well, but no audible feedback is a massive let down
