Running Comskip Manually

Hello

I have EyeTV and I'm running ETVcomskip automatically once the recording is done. However, 5% of the time, comskip will not mark the commercials. I tried to use the terminal command:

./MarkCommercials (recordingID)

to rerun compskip from the following directory:

/Library/Application\ Support/ETVComskip/MarkCommercials.app/Contents/MacOS

When I do, I get the following response:

Recording previously marked

When I look at the show in EyeTV's editor, nothing is marked. How can I force comskip to mark the commercials again?
