    Hey folks,

is it possible to run a Finder window as another user? I'm user X and I'd like to open a directory(owned by user Y) in Finder application as user Y. I don't want to change the (group) permissions of the directory. I'm using the latest and greatest OS X: 10.7.2

    Some ideas?

You could try the ROOT user.

    Btw, "greatest" is subjective.

That's a good point but it seems to me a little bit dangerous. I prefer a solution with unprivileged users.

Yeah I know but it rhymes ;)
