Hope this is the right section for this question.

So I created a running head in pages for an APA formatted paper. But you know when the lines of the header/footer are visible, there's three sections there. I have my running head in the far left box, but it's too long. When I type it out, the words to the far right disappear when I click off the header. How do I bring all the words to the front so they are always visible? I can't figure it out. Thanks everyone.

Hmm, this is a very good question. Which version of Pages do you have?

I was able to get it to work just now like this, it automatically adjusted. Did you use the term paper document? Might have different rules.

Yea, mines not doing that and I can't get it to. I'll let you know the version. I didn't use term paper, just a blank, plain new document.
