I know getting the latest and greatest is fun and all, but why are non devs going so crazy for a stupid beta 1? It's like buying a new alternative fuel car before the fuel goes on sale. Enjoy that driveway.

And then these boards get clogged with all kinds of support questions for something people aren't even supposed to have.

You can't wait a few months to get a few non-life changing upgrades to a phone you've been living with just fine for the past 1-2 years?

What about iPod touch?

I'm wondering about this as well. Do we need to worry about the UDID even if we have a 4G touch? Or can we just download itunes 10.5 and ios 5 and restore through itunes?
